Xenophon Karamalis has graduated from the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus and holds an MBA degree in the field of business administration and management.

Since 2002 he works at Palladio School as a boarding member of the educational institution. He is mainly involved in the field of Human Resources Management, the development of innovative teaching methods and programs, the implementation of outward-looking activities, the evaluation of the educational work as well as the process design to ensure children’s safety

For eight years he was also involved in the educational work as a high school teacher in the field of economic science and business administration while he continues to support high school students in entrepreneurship and vocational orientation projects. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece.
